Gregg DeRitis has over 35 years of commercial banking experience. His experience includes the position as Chief Credit Officer for a Seattle area billion dollar community focused bank. He had approval authority for commercial and residential lending as well as managed Loan Documentation and Funding, Special Assets, Oreo, Appraisal Administration and Portfolio Management. He also drove the development and implementation of credit policy.
Prior to this he spent a few years as the CCO of a small Bellevue based commercial bank which was sold. Gregg worked several years as the Senior Vice President & Manager in charge of credit administration and approval for Key Bank’s six state western Community Development Banking division. He has been involved in all types of lending including commercial and industrial loans, SBA, multi-family housing, construction financing as well as loans and lines for economic development projects, and business aircraft financing.
Prior to KeyBank, Gregg was a commercial loan officer with Seafirst/Bank of America.
Gregg's educational background includes a B.S. degree from Santa Clara University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington, and a professional certificate from Pacific Coast Banking School. Community activity includes prior service on the Board of Trustees for Plymouth Housing Group and current service on the Credit Committee for HomeSight which facilitates homeownership.
Mark DeRitis has over 35 years of commercial banking and commercial finance experience. His most recent position, until retiring in July 2016, was as the Vice President and Manager of Loan Review for a major regional financial institution headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. He also was a member of a committee that reviewed the status and resolution of classified loans.
Prior to this he spent many years as a Vice President for two national commercial finance companies in various roles that included managing credit approval and contract administration functions. In later years he also managed a Portfolio Review group that monitored the loan portfolio. He has been involved in all types of commercial lending including commercial and industrial loans, equipment leasing and lending and commercial real estate loans.
His educational background includes a B.A. degree from the University of Washington. Community activity includes prior service for Seafair in the Seattle area and he currently does volunteer work for the Plymouth Housing Group along with serving on the Finance Council of a local church organization.
Vince Iaci has 35 years of commercial finance bank lending background. He retired in 2014 as the World Wide Global Risk Manager at Microsoft Financing Corporation.
Prior to this, he spent many years as a Senior Vice President for two national commercial finance companies in various roles that included managing credit approval, contract administration functions and portfolio maintenance. He has been involved in all types of commercial lending including commercial and industrial loans, equipment leasing and commercial real estate loans.
His educational background includes a Business Management degree from the University of Washington.
Community activity includes prior service for the Seattle Seafair organization in the Seattle area, past Childhaven board member and currently does volunteer work for the Seattle Nativity School.
Dan Kettman brings 36 years of experience as a CPA in accounting and finance. His expertise includes public accounting in tax and auditing, internal auditing for a large, Washington based commercial bank and 27 years as CFO for a commercial real estate development and management company.
In addition to his capability with auditing and review functions at commercial banks, as CFO, he procured commercial real estate construction loans, permanent real estate financing and operational lines of credit through banks and institutional lenders. He was accountable for all preparation and review of Financial Statements for the Management Company as well as the real estate asset holding entities. He understands several commercial real estate accounting software programs including Sage Timberline, MRI and QuickBooks.
Dan received a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Washington and obtained his CPA license from the State of Washington. Community service includes serving on the board council for a local church and currently volunteers for the Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank. He is semi-retired and currently provides accounting and financial consulting services.
Dan brings a tremendous financial accounting and commercial real estate financing aptitude to the Taurus Review, LLC team of consultants.
Mike Wittman brings unique skills and a notable background to Taurus Review, having over 36 years of commercial lending experience with the Farm Credit System, including the Bank for Cooperatives and Northwest Farm Credit Services.
Recently, he was responsible for building and managing a significant commercial fishery portfolio; extending credit to individual fishermen up to large, closely held seafood processing and marketing companies. He has expertise in all aspects of Federal and State managed fisheries, including policy and regulatory regimes impacting lender and borrower. Mike has worked directly with Native American Tribes and Alaska Native Corporations, successfully developing lending solutions that fit their sovereignty and unique business structures.
Prior to this, Mike structured loans for agricultural cooperatives, working directly with both management and ownership boards. Additionally, Mike spent over seven years dealing with distressed borrowers in workout, work-down and structured bankruptcy scenarios, significantly reducing lender risk while facilitating favorable outcomes and transitions for borrowers.
Raised on a family farm in Idaho, Mike’s educational background includes a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Idaho and an MBA in finance from University of Idaho. Community activity includes over six years on the Board of Food Lifeline, a Seattle based hunger relief organization including two years in a major leadership role as Board Chair.
